About Us

As a club we are dedicated to the enjoyment of photography. Our club’s membership in the Photographic Society of America (PSA) affords our members the opportunity to participate in structured competition as well as seminars, workshops and other activities to sharpen your photographic skills.

Our membership is made up of persons from all walks of life that possess skill levels ranging from amateur to advanced. Members’ camera equipment ranges from point-and-shoot digital to medium format film to professional DSLR’s.

There are some members who enjoy black and white photography, others enjoy creative/artistic photography, others enjoy close-up (or macro) photography, and other members enjoy nature and landscape subjects. While most members are using digital cameras, there are some members that are very interested in film. As you can see there are varied interests and these interests are ever expanding.

What we have in common is our love for photography, our willingness to share that interest, and our desire to become better photographers. You’re invited to get actively involved in the club. Many of the benefits of being a member of a camera club involve your participation.
